Fabulous Property, lots of hills and trees. You are out in the country but very close to the city. Ride for hours, there's lots of room to trail ride.

Family run stable, been in the business for 30+ years. 

Lessons available on evenings and Saturdays too for youth and adults. You will start with private lessons & then eventually move on to group lessons. The program is taught by an EC and NCCP certified instructor. The first thing you will learn is how to develop your balance/ security. From that you gain your confidence- safety first. The next goal is to develop communication skills between you and the horse. Riding Horses can be very therapeutic and an excellent way to relieve stress. Take some time that is just for you. The facility is top notch- a large heated and insulated arena. Everything is inside for winter, the horses, the tack- so no fear of the winter weather getting in the way of having FUN.

The horses all go through quarantine when they come in, to protect the herd. 

Located 11 km South of Calgary by the Okotoks overpass, just 8 minutes from the city. Take Highway #2 to Okotoks Overpass then take 552 East for approximately 2 ½ miles. Stables are on the right side – big sign – says Cara Arabians - you’ll see the gray arena on hill as you drive towards it.
