  1. First and foremost, their fencing is a WRECK. The owner gets mad if you even suggest that her fencing is less than amazing. Cows from the neighboring field regularly get in and there is dangerous debris (aluminum siding, old tractors and farm equipment) just sitting there, waiting for a horse to get caught up.

    Good luck if you EVER want arena time before 8:30 or 9:00 pm in the evening. The lesson program runs there every day until about then. If you ride during the lesson you get the stink eye and you are basically told without being told that, if you are not in a lesson, you are not welcome to ride or work with your horse in the arena.
