Merikle Waters is currently booking horses to be trained out of Pleasant View Stables for June 1st/2010, and out of our own facilities for June 1st/2010. Merikle Waters is proud to offer quality equine training to fit your budget. We specialize in; colt starting, show training and preparation. We also offer; halter fitting, showmanship training (for you and your horse), as well as repairing "problem" horses.

The benefits of having your horse trained out of a barn: Exposure to arenas, barns, riding in a busy setting, cross tying and wash bay lessons, indoor heated barn and arena, hot water wash bays.

When boarded at Merikle Waters:
Horses in training are kept in pens made of board and no climb large gauge fence, and fed quality grass or grass/Alfalfa hay 3 times daily. Horses are worked on a 5-6 day a week schedule, and things are done in a gentle, calm manner. Our goal is to produce a willing partner, who then has a resume to take with them when they leave.

We place a large focus on our client and horse relations. Your training fee includes one lesson per week, to keep you and your horse on the same page.

We have worked with a large variety of breeds, from Caspian ponies, Gypsy Vanners, Warmbloods, Morgans, Arabians, Paints, to Quarter Horses with just about everything in between. We show actively on the Pinto, Paint, and open circuit, and have shown and welsh circuit, as well as sport pony.
