COLT STARTING / TRAINING ENGLISH / WESTERN / DRESSAGE / JUMPING / REINING Wildwind Horsemanship is now taking bookings for horse training and colt starting. We have over 20 years experience with horses and specialize in starting and performance training. Stephanie has 20+ years experience with horses. She has lots of experience working with young/green and "problem" horses. She herself is working under one of Canada's top Dressage Coaches and has lots of professional experience working with all levels of horses and riders. Learn from someone who is dedicated in her own training as a rider and can bring to you a new and refreshing program.  Stephanie's goals as a trainer and coach are to develop a partnership based on trust, lightness and harmony. Regardless of your discipline of choice or whether you’re a beginner or an experienced horse person we can develop a program to suit you and your horse. Training includes all care, feed, and boarding costs including supplements and minerals. Horses have large private paddocks during the day and come into stalls with runs for the night. They have access to hay and water at all times. Our goal is to ensure that horses receive the best care and are happy and healthy throughout their stay. Training programs are designed specifically for you and your horse. Lessons throughout the training period are included in the price and you can have as many lessons a week as you would like. I recommend at least 1-2x a week if possible you come for a lesson. This is however not necessary if you are unable or live far away. We are a smaller operation and therefore have the time to devote to each horse ensuring the best care and quality. HORSE CREEK STABLE

Owned and operated by the original family for twenty years, Horse Creek Stable is recognized as one of the few commercial barns which feels like home. The facilities are quaint but with many of the amenities of a show barn.

Our focus is on the care of the horse and creating a recreational community atmosphere without the pressure of competing.

Our boarders are multi-disciplined and enjoy the:

- Pastures, very large paddocks and box stalls
- Heated indoor arena, large outdoor sand ring and local trails
- Certified English (flat/jumping) and western instruction available
- Option of using their own insured instructor

HAZELBRAE ACRES

Hazelbrae Acres offers rehab and retirement boarding for your special equine friend. The 40 acre farm is located on Highway 16, just  beside the town of Stony Plain - easy access from the west side of Edmonton,  Alberta.

All horses are checked daily by the mother daughter team of Tiffanie Adams-Hutnan and Cyndie Adams-Crook. Both Cyndie and Tiffanie are experienced horse people and have run their horse boarding facility in the Stony Plain area since 1995.

Tiffanie currently trains and competes Coachella, her homebred Holsteiner-bred mare in the jumper circuit, and Cyndie trains and succesfully competes Solaz, a homebred Connemara / Dutch warmblood gelding and Sierra, a Connemara / Thoroughbred mare in Combined Driving Events.

BIELECKI EQUESTRIAN AND GREENBRIAR STABLES

Bielecki Equestrian is now accepting new clients for our lesson program.

Nancy Bielecki has been teaching and coaching since 2004. This year marks Nancy's 10th anniversary as a instructor and what better way to commemorate this milestone, but to launch Bielecki Equestrian.
Bielecki Equestrian launched in the spring of 2014, just in time for show season to get underway.

Nancy’s philosophy focuses on a strong emphasis of proper riding position, equitation, as well as clear communication between horse and rider. Nancy and her students show successfully at the novice and intermediate levels at many venues including Spruce Meadows and Rocky Mountain Show Jumping.

WACHTER HORSES

Wachter Horses is a family farm with new barns, pastures, a grass ring, a sand ring, stallion station, youngstock facility, quarantine facilities, and numerous riding trails all situated on 700 acres in Central Alberta.

A fully heated indoor riding hall was completed in 2002 with 25 large stalls and a 75′ x 180′ arena, indoor hotwalker, treadmill, motorized manure removal system, and many more state of the art features.

OAKEY ACRES

At Oakey Acres we sell a wide range of horses.We breed Warmblood horses for their dressage suitability and jumping talent.

We have a full outdoor arena and an indoor round-pen for you to ride the horses that you are trying in.

Oakey Acres is a family based, and family run horse breeding farm located in Drayton Valley Alberta, Canada. We have horses from weanlings to 14 year olds for sale here, so you have plenty of choice! The disciplines that we train in are jumping, and dressage, mostly.

If you are interested in a horse,and come out to see it, but still can not decide if you should make the purchase or not, then we will be happy to do a free lease, so that you can get to know the horse more, making your decision easier. How our free lease works, is you take the horse, for 1-5 months for free, but you are responsible for all the expenses. Example: Farrier, Vaccinations, Deworming, Transport, stabling, boarding, feed, tack etc...

FLYING CHANGE ACRES

HORSE BOARDING

28 acres of private owned property located 10 minutes south of Red Deer. Facility includes use of  60x80' indoor arena, large outdoor arena, a 60' round pen and an 8 stall barn. Four single horse panel paddocks are 30x72' with rear access to pasture turnout, shelter and automatic waterers. Care includes either free feed netted round bale feeders and/or twice daily squares. Hay, grain & minerals included.

Lori is a certified equine massage therapist with training in massage theory & technique, scar tissue development theory and reduction technique, lower limb swelling reduction, hoof heat reduction, behavior issues with direct physical correlations, deep fascia release, colic relief technique, equine anatomy, health check, hydrotherapy and stretches.

BOW CANYON RANCH EQUINE

Bow Canyon is located just east of the Aldersyde overpass. 10 minutes from Okotoks and 20 minutes from Calgary.

Our facility consists of an indoor heated 200'x80' arena, 29 12x12 stalls that are all equiped with soft stall and automatic waterers, we have a separate quarantine barn with 8 stalls (used for importing horses), individual paddocks for turnout, a locker room with large tack lockers, a 220'x150' outdoor sand ring, and a 300'x150' grass ring with devils dyke and bank.
