• Horses (not in the pasture) are fed good quality hay twice a day and have fresh water at all times.

All New Horses coming in must be healthy and have proof of being up to date on all shots and de-worming.

Horses that are with other horses can only have front shoes on - NO Back Shoes.

Horses MUST be friendly with other horses and able to mix easy and well with them.

The Confidence Building Clinic gives you this plan!
This is the ultimate confidence builder for both the handler and the horse. The Foundations of Ground Training is at the top of the list of the most important education for both the handler and the horse that they will ever receive and must know! Often it is overlooked or gone over so quickly that it's not solid. Done correctly, the horse will be able to branch out in almost any direction when they progress to being ridden. A solid Foundation is the key to success in the saddle, avoiding/correcting behavioral issues and preparing a horse for Mounted Training. Equestrian Estate south of Calgary auctioned for $3.75 million on Thursday, May 8, 2014

45-acre Blue Valley Farms originally listed for $4.5 million.

Blue Valley Farms is a 45-acre equestrian training compound located at 242243 64th Street West, 25 minutes from downtown Calgary and a few minutes from internationally-renowned Spruce Meadows. It was originally listed for sale at $4.5 million more than three months ago. The property includes a 6,428-square-foot indoor riding arena, a 30,000-square-foot outdoor arena, 25 horse stalls, five large fields with shelters and 12 outdoor paddocks. There’s also an eight-car garage and a workshop as well as a four-bedroom bungalow available for an on-site manager.

It is unknown whether the new owners will continue to operate under the name Blue Valley Farms, or whether they will offer any equine services.
