Equine Massage Therapy:
Why?
Tension, spasms, or injury to the muscles will cause horses pain and will affect the horses performance, attitude, and movement.
How?
Muscles can become injured in many ways;
- wrong fitting tack
- over training
- unbalanced rider
- a slip or fall
- poor conformation
- playing the the field
Goals?
My goal is to help in rehabilitation for horses through my massage by;
- increasing circulation
- stimulate and strengthen muscle to become less prone to injury
- to decrease pain caused from injury and arthritis
- to decrease recovery time between events
