NOISY HOLLOW ACRES

Information Updated March  2, 2015

Located thirty minutes from beautiful Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, on sixty plus acres of prime horse land, we are committed to raising the most naturally gaited horses you will find anywhere.

We specialize in the Tennessee Walking Horse and feel they are versatile enough to be competitive in most equine events, although their true strength is how exceptional they are as trail riding mounts. Their calm and willing nature makes them the world’s greatest trail pleasure horse. To try to explain what riding one of these magnificent animals feels like would be like trying to describe what a banana tastes like. Pretty much impossible... Like the saying goes, "To ride one is to own one". You just have to try one for yourself to gain the true appreciation that the rest of us gaited horse folk experience every time we go for a ride.

Are you unsure of what your gaited horse is supposed to be doing? Were you told that they should be smooth, yet you find you are bouncing around in the saddle much like riding a trotting horse? Did you know that the pace is one of the gaits a gaited horse will tend to do and that this gait is VERY hard on their body creating many physical problems and pain for your horse down the road? I specialize in gaited horse training having worked with TWH's, Rocky Mountains, Single Footers, Peruvians, Icelandics and Missouri Fox Trotters. Many references available!
