Sarita and Dustin Cossaboom’s Benchmark Equestrian, is a
family orientated equine sports and training operation. After years of
working with top level international competitors they have settled into a
more permanent location offering a wider range of clients top quality
care. “we have been lucky to have had the experiences in top level
programs, and that experience has made us realise the importance of
fundamental training at all levels, whether starting young horses or
developing riders".
Operating at two locations in Calgary one in the South and Cochrane,
both facilities offer: individual lockers, individual turnout, grass
turnouts, a large indoor riding ring, large stalls and supervised feed
and fitness programs. Horses at Benchmark receive the best of care
which includes daily turnout, grass fields, and top quality feed; all
that are paramount to the horses performance in the ring. Happy horses
always perform better. With years of experience caring for the
international level show jumpers, we have come to require the highest
standard for horses, while still allowing them be horses.
