ICE QUARTER HORSES

Shane Doan and Darcy Mabbott created Ice Quarter Horses with the desire to raise well mannered performance horses. Quarter horses with not only a good look to them but also a quiet disposition. These horses are athletic and willing to go to work and do whatever you ask of them.

Ice Quarter Horses is located at Halkirk, Alberta in the Paintearth coulees, a great place to let the young horses run and develop. 

Ice Barns which is located in Cave Creek Arizona, is in the heart of winter team roping country, a good place for performance horses. 

Watch for our Horses carrying the # 19 brand.  Ice Quarter Horses has come up with the 19 brand to signify all of Shane's years wearing this # in the NHL.
