Silhouette Equestrian Acres is a small business based in Grassy Lake Alberta. We offer a variety of services including: pony parties and petting zoo at your location or ours, stud services, and quality horse and pony sales.
We pride ourselves on our stock, as each one was deliberately selected for quality, temperament, versatility, and of course their athletic ability as well! Part of our farm name, Equestrian Acres, refers to the fact that we do not focus on one specific breed, our program consists of many different breeds, all selected for specific reasons.
The Andalusian is the breed with the highest influence in our full sized herd, due to their unbeatable temperaments topped with trainability, versatility and ability! Also because our full sized stallions are Purebred Andalusian, their foals can all be registered with the International Andalusian and Lusitano Horse Association!
We are also very proud of our Miniature stock: both AMHR and AMHA. We are proud to own three AMAZING national Champion miniature horse stallions, Scott Creek 2B Temujin (AMHA/AMHR), AMHR national top ten in halter, and Ericas Big City Prankster Buck (AMHR), an AMHR 2 times national champion and HOF and Mountain Meadows Sovereign, AMHR National champion and reserve Grand champion! Many of our mares are also proven show horses, including Winsome Monarch Dealt a Star, an AMHA WORLD top ten mare!!! Our mares have also produced national and world champions!
