DOUBLE DIAMOND STABLES

Double Diamond Stables Ltd. is accepting new boarders!  Indoor and Outdoor!

Don't miss out on this great opportunity to get into Strathcona County's newest boarding stable, before it's full!  Located 5 miles north of Hiway 16 on RR 215, it is a short 10 minute drive from either Sherwood Park or Fort Saskatchewan.
As you drive up you will see an immaculately kept property, with all white pipe fence and "no climb" mesh.  The barn is nicely finished, with 12 x 12 stalls with comfort foam mats and a boarder tack room.  The stalls also have heat lamps and heated water buckets in the winter.  The brand new, 80 x 200 indoor arena is finished and ready to ride in.  The over-sized grass paddocks allow the horses room to move around and play.
Pasture board will include free choice round bales, as well as salt and access to fresh water at all times.  Semi-private paddock board will include forked hay, or free-choice, depending on body type (easy keeper or hard keeper) 2x day, salt and access to fresh water at all times.

Indoor board will include daily turn-out (unless poor weather), feeding 2x per day, salt and access to fresh water at all times.  All board includes access to the boarder tack room and the indoor arena.
There will be no lesson programs in place, so it allows plenty of arena time for boarders to ride.  We are striving to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere where you can come and relax and enjoy your time with your horses.  We also welcome all disciplines!
Pasture Board - $250/month +GST
Semi-Private Paddock - $350/month +GST
Indoor Board - $500/month +GST
Call Candace to book your appointment to view the property, and reserve your spot today!

LACEY KEINICK

Hi, my name is Lacey and I have graduated from the BC College of Equine Therapy program as of May 2007.

Techniques I use are: massage, applied kinesiology, structural alignment (chiropractics), energy work, magnetics, saddle fitting, nutritional assessments, natural remedies such as herbs, and homeopathics, plus more.

I offer several different treatment options which meet your horses own needs. I do recommend a full consultation to help evaluate the overall health of your horse.

Equine therapy is great for all types of horses from working horses, eventers, and even pasture horses. If you have had a massage before then you know how good it felt. Same goes for your horse! Horses bodies go through stressful situations, and injuries and I can help them overcome the pain and stresses put on their bodies. You might see results after one session or might have to go through a few depending on your horse.

Services are available to dogs as well.

For more information, please call or email me. I would be happy to help you and your horse out! I am willing to travel!

Please Note: Equine therapy is a practice that is complementary to veterinary medicine and is NOT intended to take the place of veterinary care.

STEEL STABLES EQUINE THERAPY

Steel Stables Equine Therapy is dedicated to helping your Equine work to the best of their ability.

Is there a sudden change in your horse’s behavior?
Are they showing any sore spots or lameness?
Is there a decreased performance issue?
Do they turn one way better than the other?
Are they suddenly fearful or agitated?
Is their appearance unhealthy and do they lack energy?

If you answered “Yes” to any of the above questions, your horse may be trying to tell you something.  Since they cannot tell us verbally, we must watch their body language to hear what they have to say.

The good news is that all bodies are self-healing, if given the proper attention.  It is possible to reverse these problems before it becomes dis-ease !

Energy Balancing and Kinesiology can help you understand these problems.

Holistic Treatments available using Kinesiology, Energy Balancing (similar to Reiki), Essential Oils, Sound & Vibration, Flower Essences, Herbs & Supplements, plus much more….

Sessions available at your house or mine !

$50.00/session (approx. 1 hour) ** a travel charge may apply for distances over 100 km from Mayerthorpe.

Weekend appointments available.
