Our facilities includes a 3 X-large stalled barn, tack/feed room, partial indoor round pen, outdoor ring, 2nd round pen, and many green pastures.

They do not have trainers on site anymore.
ReplyDeleteOwner is not friendly to her clients, will talk bad about you.
Barn is in okay condition, wiring needs work.
Paddocks are barb wire or rough condition.
Partial indoor has horrible footing due to 1+ feet of poop build up, building leaks.
Wouldn't trust the 2nd round pen to hold a horse in it.
'Green Pastures' are weeds.
