MR FARRIER SERVICES

I am a Farrier from England, UK, I have been working with horses since the early 90s. 

I gained my Farrier Diploma, January 2000, from the Worshipful Company of Farriers, London, England.

I offer hot shoeing, cold shoeing, remedial trimming and shoeing, I will work alongside any Veterinarians.

I have vast experience with; general riding horses, driving horses, heavy horses, race horses (young and retired), cross country horses, endurance horses, western horses, donkey, goats, llamas, miniature breeds, natural balance trimming and shoeing and much more. Before his career in horseshoeing Dan assisted his childhood friend’s father in showing Belgian draft horses throughout Ontario for 5 years. HEAVY HORSE FARMS AND FARRIER SERVICES

I graduated from Oklahoma Horseshoeing School in Dec of 2004.

I do hot and cold shoeing for most performance horses and trimming for donkeys, drafts and minis.

I give a six week guarantee on my shoes, if one comes lose or goes missing I will put it back on for free as soon as possible.

I carry a wide selection of shoes, glues and pads, and can hand make any shoe we might need. I also have experience fixing cracks.

I believe that a properly balanced trim will maintain a healthy foot and a sound horse.

I provide my services for most of the peace region and will work with your vet if the need arises.

Horses are my livelihood and my pastime. In my 40+ years of shoeing horses I have been fortunate enough to mentor knowledgeable farriers.
