I am a Certified Equine Massage Therapist in the Cochrane/Calgary/Airdrie area. 

Along with massage my sessions also include Reiki and emotional/energy balancing techniques for your horses.

Sessions range from 1 1/2 - 2 hours depending on the horse. 

I also work on dogs. 

I charge a fee of $80 plus mileage.

Having regular massages helps to increase circulation thereby boosting the immune system. Massage helps to maintain physical condition and prevent injuries, speeds healing, relieves tension and can help improve the disposition of animal.

Reiki

Reiki is ‘universal life force energy’. It knows exactly where to go and what to heal whether it is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. This type of healing can be done ‘hands on’ or at a distance. It is a therapy that can be used to speed healing (after a surgery or injury), to balance body energy, to clear old emotions, to ease chronic pain or just to relax and rejuvenate. This is a non-invasive therapy that is pleasant to experience and has amazing results.

Whole Harmonized Healing offers massage and Reiki treatments or a combination of both. Reiki will also help to speed healing, assists in clearing old emotions or fear issues, relieves tension, and balances the body energy. The combination of both therapies together is amazing!

Energy Equine Veterinary Services was founded in 2006 by Dr. Chad E. Hewlett. As an Ambulatory Equine Practice, Dr. Hewlett focused primarily on Sports Medicine, with an interest in soundness evaluation.

In 2014, the one veterinarian practice will have grown to four veterinarians. The services available to clients seem to be ever expanding as well.

At Energy Equine we are very pleased to be able to offer regenerative treatments such as Prolotherapy, IRAP, PRP, Stem Cells, and Shockwave; along with traditional western medicine, as well as complementary therapies such as acupuncture.
